I don't think governors have historically completely cleaned house and made a big thing of it like Youngkin did - it is not apples and apples. It was typical performative childish "stick it to the libs" crap that MAGA specializes in. So she is just restoring things to the way they were.

Dems historically bring a butter knife to a gun fight. Glad they are now growing a pair (and it takes a woman to do so).

Look, at least be honest here.  Northam appointed almost as many people as Youngkin did - and far more of them were approved than Youngkin’s were.   :roll:

As of July 10, the General Assembly has rejected 30 of Youngkin’s 3,523 appointments to Virginia’s boards and commissions. That’s in comparison to his predecessor, Democratic Gov. Ralph Northam, who had 10 of his 2,941 appointees blocked by the legislature.
