Fordham Rutgers NC State
Op- he loves the idea of Fordham. Do they have engineering? I know they don't have landscape architecture. Dd got oodles of merit from them but she chose a Claremont school.
You seem like a very nice person but perhaps you can do some very, very basic google searches and you will get these answers? This is your child's future you are talking about. If he "loves" the idea of a school, google it and find out. I googled Fordham Landscape Architecture and Fordham Engineering and got great answers. Which are much better than what people here will tell you. Not meaning to be a jerk. There is some value being provided here. But you get out of this what you put into it.
Op. Jesus you are being kind of a jerk. People ask for lists all the time. I definitely have googled Fordham and that's how I know they don't have a LA program. We looked at the website and that's why he loved the idea of it. It's Jesuit, it's in NYC, it's mid-sized, it gives merit! I did have another dc go through this process and I just wanted some recommendations that might be outside of what we have considered and many helpful ones have been provided here. If you're on DCUM in the middle of the day, am I really wasting your time?
You wanted to know more about Fordham Landscape Architecture. I googled it. Here is the first thing that came up. And much more below it. Not hard. Using DCUM to help with lists makes sense. Asking about specific programs at schools is better done on your own. Lighten up - must be a typical rainy, depressing day in the Pacific Northwest. And you're welcome. I did your homework for you. I live in NYC. If you and your kid aren't more self-sufficient they will not survive here. https://www.fordham.edu/fordham-stories/campus-and-city-life/designing-a-path-to-a-career-in-landscape-architecture/
Oh for God's sake, you assume we aren't from and didn't flee the east coast at the first opportunity. We get to own a successful business and have all of our international clients in NYC and still have the PNW lifestyle we enjoy. I'm sorry you have such a chip on your very delicate shoulder. Have a great day Ms. Superiority Complex.
