As someone pointed out, going to the gym alone doesn't help anyone lose significant amounts of weight. I think many feel discouraged when they work out a lot but don't see results because they still can't get their eating under control. Eating right is the most important factor. Going to the gym is more about helping you build muscle and endurance and looking good once you are already in a good weight range. [/quote]
