Don't reheat them, but they don't need to be piping hot. If they're not overcooked, they are fine at room temperature. Cook just before the party, and set them out - they'll be great. Use chicken thighs, not breast. You can prep them the night before and leave then in the fridge, so literally the only thing you need to do before the party is pull a tray out of the fridge and stick it in the oven. [/quote]
