Clean at least once a day or weekly[/color] - Grout and caulking in kitchen and bathrooms - [color=red] As needed. My cleaner and my handyman takes care of it once a year [/color] - Exterior paint, cleaning, caulking windows, railings, patio furniture etc - [color=red] As needed. My handyman takes care of it once every two year [/color] - Pressure washing the patio, repairing patio, walkway, driveway, siding etc - [color=red] As needed.
