[/quote] The reality is any trailer park in a decent part of the DMV would look like the trailer park near Malibu in CA where the units sell for $1MM+ (even though you don’t own the land). Is anyone claiming there aren’t tons of locations in the entire state of VA where trailer parks may be part of housing solutions? It’s silly to think the economics even remotely make sense in expensive NoVa.[/quote]
