Doesn't Mexico already have universal health care? And other countries? So they come here illegally, no health insurance, and expect the US taxpayer to foot the bill.

This isn't about immigrants.  This is about Joe Bob who eats like crap, smokes like a chimney, and cuts costs by skipping health insurance.  He's the one who ends up costing us a ton because there are many, many millions more of them.
