The weird thing about this spontaneous utterance is that I looked at the reporter in question. (Everyone should look up her photo).  There is nothing, NOTHING that would cause any observer to say the word “piggy” (Piggy is a very 1930s word, by the way). That makes me think, does this man call everyone “piggy.”?  Is this from a book he read ?  Is everyone “garbage piggy” when he gets “mad”?

He is an odd man, no doubt. He uses his odd, old words. He also has a pattern of just saying things acting quickly.

A lot of these enforcement actions are named after victims. (First and last name): That is also weird.

Imagine the world view of a 10 year old, wealthy, white boy — and the kinds of values he would develop with a dad who made his millions using tax dollars to build racially segregated housing.
