I'd love to go to Japan[/quote] From Hong Kong, I would choose mainland China. It's such a fascinating country, and very different than Hong Kong. My personal favorite areas are Yunnan and Sichuan. Beautiful. Great food. Much more chill than the rest of China. You have the mountains. Clean air. And these are areas that have a lot of non-Han Chinese, so it's culturally fascinating. Highly recommend if you have the opportunity. [/quote]
