If I were you, I'd be calling the college billing office to ask about withdrawal and re-enrollment. Call your community college to find out when/how enrollment is done. Next, how much money are you providing her with? Does she have her own money from a job and where is it? I'd get access to all of DD's bank statements to find out how much she is spending, and where.
