Pomona has the current president elect of the MAA (and the first african american one!), Harvey Mudd has the ex-president of the MAA and fellow of the AMS, a famous "mathemagician," and one of the most famous african american mathematicians with her own PBS show, ted talk, and has assisted the WHO, and there are many other top faculty at other liberal arts colleges![/quote]
