There were 125 or so kids there for 2014 boys yesterday and only 30 kids made the state pool 
Everything in US soccer is pay to play

You should spend more time generating ideas to make more money if ODP hurts your pocket.

Regarding time, you might be the parent of the 15-20ish kids better than mine in our age group in the DMV.  If you are, I would be interested in how you are spending Saturday mornings this winter to see if there is a better way to spend the time.  I’m all ears.

I think people parrot what other people think without actually doing the research and making an independent decision.  There are some people who don’t do ODP to be discovered or make an Olympic team.  While it would not provide much value beyond U12 for my kid even if they were allowed to play, I don’t spend time knocking others who do play.[/quote]
