UVA is comparatively small (16,000) and W&M is tiny. In my humble experience, Harvard undergrads suffer for this. W&M grads don’t. You pick a school for the best teaching experience for them, not rank for research that they will never even know about.[/quote] Can YOU google? Harvard has 24000 total students , UVA has 26000. Stanford has 17,500k Number of research faculty total including the medical schools is similar at the schools. Faculty is more relevant to the post. [/quote]
