Get out of your text books and actually walk into a manufacturing plant of 800 people. And I’m talking an advanced robotic manufacturing plant. Even with AI advancements there is no way a VP GM is going to directly manage dozens and dozens and hundreds of people. AI is not going to coach you, redirect you, address your personal needs as an employee at least not anytime soon.  It’s the lowest skilled worker that will be replaced. [/quote]
