[/quote] Yes cobra is 60 or 90 days to sign up, and it can be retroactive. But check your cobra costs versus the ACA plans. For us, cobra is over $1K/month less, more coverage and a $1.5K/$3K deductible versus $7K/$14K. So a no brainer. We will use COBRA for as long as we can at start of retirement. [/quote]
