I believe you when you say that was true for UCLA when you were there. But to state the obvious, your experience at UCLA 20+ years ago says nothing about the current situation at Duke, Davidson, or any other school. Also, what's true for fraternities at a school is not always the same for sororities, eating houses, sports, engineering clubs, musical performance groups etc. Let's focus on specifics in 2025, not generalizations based on back in the day.
