Would really depend on how they look currently.

Small boobs are favored by men actually, IF they have small areolas and nipples to match and are perky.

If big areolas pepperoni style, then implants can make them look much better obviously.

Just encourage her to only go 1 cup size larger, so an A cup if really flat, or B cup if there's something there. Going too large too young is where the problems happen later on. [/quote]
