Unfortunately, what is served in the restaurants and how it is served remains quite blah. There has been no improvement in the dishes in Indian restaurants in the past 30 yrs. They are still making a lot of money by sticking to the old formulaic food - because it sells. I also don't feel that in near future we will see a revolution in their offerings in the US at least. Mainly because the economy is bad and restaurant workers are hard to come by. [/quote]
