They pay readers (the first stop before your app gets to an actual AO) $15-25/hr. Now imagine the kind of training they are getting. And the junior AO, is paid 37.5-50k/year. The job maxes out at a little over a hundred (if you've been there 10 years). Some of you people live in LALA land. Get a grip. Wake up. No one cares about your kid's research. That's not how decisions are made. If you don't know that by now, I'd suggest you find an older post with good resources.[/quote]
