These are used by various groups to send mass communications to various groups. It’s sometimes referred to as broadcast email. No University runs its own email system in 2025, it’s likely Google. The admissions systems would be Slate, WD, or if they are antiquated maybe old version of peoplesoft from back in the day. I’d be surprised if U Penn wasn’t using two factor authentication for these systems.[/quote]
