It's more evident in Region 1 right now because the change for DCC schools is so dramatic. The new system offers less choice, less access, worse transportation options, and longer travel times than the DCC. Current programs will be cut and teachers will have to move. And that's just the structural changes. The fact that the plan for substance of programs themselves is so bad is poop icing on a cake made of shit. [/quote]
