Not just this downturn but any time there is a recession, early COVID, etc. ‘09 crisis, etc. never affects anyone near us. [/quote] Sterling restaurants are crowded because of all the data center construction workers. If not for this group the restaurants would be slower due to the shutdown and reductions in gov spending. [/quote]
