If FCPS were smart, then they would have DOD turn any local on-base schooling over to DODEA, which exists solely to operate schools on military bases (some DoDEA sites are CONUS, and many more are OCONUS).

This both would be better for FCPS (alleged cost savings) and also better for the military students. DoDEA understands the needs of military kids much better and is much more supportive of those families needs. [/quote]
