Here's another one. They say grade in school does not determine registration. But in the next sentence they call out "a child held back a year in school, will not be impacted" Arent you just saying the same thing twice. Also using the words not impacted make it seem like somehow players held back a year are in some way ok. When reality they'll still be forced to play up on a team with players their age.
