There are a lot of things that are MCPS-wide frustrations, but having strong and present admin makes a big difference. Teachers and other school staff stay where they feel appreciated and where leadership puts in the work to keep the school running effectively. I do hope things improve at CCES, there are some really talented teachers still there.[/quote]
