You can get this info pretty much instantly online. Very easy. If there are jobs where they have to make difficult decisions, having an arrest record makes it that much easier. Just cross that name off the list and decide among the applicants who have never been arrested. OP this is something the kid has to deal with head-on by explaining himself because there will be no hiding from it.[/quote]
