These are kids. They don’t think or act like adults. It’s our job to keep them safe. Is it hard to be a bus driver, absolutely yes. It’s a huge responsibility. Not too different from a pool lifeguard. Some just sit up there. Some are scanning every second. Sad. [/quote]

It’s our job to teach them and drill it into them precisely because they are little. Shoot, adults need this reminder too. No eye contact, no cross. (I am not implying it was an issue with this tragedy).[/quote]
