They would rail against Trump's poor understanding and love of tariffs, volatile trade policy, and war on universities and free speech. My dad was a U Chicago Economics prof before retiring and he and his colleagues were fans of Reagan back in the day but absolutely hate Trump and voted for Harris, Biden and Clinton over him.[/quote]
