I pulled this for the English 6 description- What does this look like in practice? "Plan instruction that includes scaffolds and supports for multilingual learners, students with disabilities, and those reading below grade level, while maintaining access to grade-level texts and tasks."[/quote]

Nd teachers are supposed to provide enrichment for those who are above grade level.

In practice, it means that no kids have their needs met. [/quote]
