[/quote] I don't know about you and your family but in my home only the actual first tissue is touched to roll paper and then it by the perforated edge. If a new roll is needed then it's a simple matter of removing empty roll and putting new roll on spinner. Fingers never touch the old roll as there are always a couple of sheets sticking to roll.
