With the number of outstanding unpaid tickets they could greatly increase the resources dedicated to booting and impounding cars with thousands in unpaid tickets along with hiring more prosecutors to go after them for less than 5% of the amount of the tickets. Also, I don't understand why VA and MD aren't offering reciprocal agreements with DC to go after offenders. If they are driving like dangerous lunatics in DC they are doing the same in MD and VA, so MD and VA should be incentivized to bring that kind of dangerous behavior to an end.[/quote]
