He is working on getting in state for GM transferring from Nova. He got 30 credits transferred from JR. Paying out of state for Nova is not bad at all for one year. [/quote] Side note, figure out how PhD students get in state tuition. They are (or were) required to set it up for their second year (its all funny money anyway because they usually have tuition paid for and a stipend, but it does help with departmental accounting).
