I was the first reply, who said reasonable lol. How do you know your ex and wife are going through a rough patch? That already suggests you are too emotionally involved.

In fact, it wasn't cool of him at all to tell you or the group his reasons for missing events. He should have just brought his wife when he could or skipped events. Considering he is married with kids it should not be a surprise if he can't make every event.[/quote]
