Maybe you do not realize that a lot of homeless children reside in hotel rooms all across the USA. There are at least two hotels on New York Avenue, NE that house scores of homeless families with children. Are those kids not allowed to attend college, even Yale, because their parents could not afford proper housing for them. [/quote]
