The 5th anniversary of the loss of one of my kids is coming up, and his surviving, now young adult, siblings want to get tattoos in his honor. I would like to get one too, but I want to get one that would be hidden when I am wearing clothing. I think I would find it intrusive to be asked about it at work or something like that. At the same time, I don’t want a placement that is at all sexual, not a breast or lower back. Ideas? It will be small and simple.
You can always cover one up with a little makeup like actors and actresses do, if you have to be in a more formal setting.
It has nothing to do with formality. I am not putting makeup on every time I go out.
Why would you feel the need to cover it up "every time you go out"? That's really strange behavior. Is the tattoo controversial or something that would cause people to attack you?
Did you read? She wants a tattoo to remember but doesn’t want random people who ask her about it. It could throw her off to have to recount the experiences, even mentally unexpectedly.
