Why the high mortgage AND private? We're paycheck to paycheck practically (but save for retirement and no debt other than mortgage and cars) but we've got a high mortgage because we bought in a close in neighborhood with gret schools. I know you said you can't sell, but are the schools ok? I would definitely eliminate that expense. [/quote]
