Yes, and meanwhile democrats are trying desperately to pretend that RFK Jr is lying when he says we have more autistic kids than ever -- that the issue is that more kids are simply being diagnosed than before. Wrong. We have many, many, many more kids with emotional damage and brain damage than ever before. Is it autism? Who knows. Autism seems to be the place all kids are lumped in now. Whatever it is, our kids need serious help because they are being damaged. By something. I'm a democrat btw.
Also a democrat. I don’t think anyone thinks RFK is lying when he says that things like autism and adhd are increasing. We just are upset that he’s cutting money to actually research causes and treatments while hyper focusing on theories that have already been disproven because he doesn’t have the intelligence to learn new facts and understand research methodologies. It’s very upsetting. We do really need different methods for addressing the range of issues in classrooms, or we will not have anyone left that is willing to teach.
SOMETHING is wrong and the way we've been doing business has not been working for our children. When I hear people on NPR talking about how over-diagnosed autism is not it makes me turn off the radio. Walk into any school in Montgomery County and you will see multiple disturbed children in every classroom, kids who cannot sit still, who cannot follow directions, who disrupt the class, who clap hands etc etc. No these are not kids who are only now being diagnosed. SOMETHING is wrong and we need to figure it out. Business as usual isn't going to help. RFK is the one thing I like about Trump's administration.
"Now"
