Vacuuming in less than 5 min means nothing was picked up basically. This is why people need to hire professionals. Most of you don't know how to clean your homes. To answer OP, I have a townhouse and cleaning all three floors it's definitely a workout. My HR is up, I'm sweating, I'm running up and down the stairs. I'm exhausted at the end.
