People get high and become completely psychotic, so it's not as innocuous as you seem to think. And while the fallout may not be as immediate or obvious, there are plenty of people who realize a little too late that they're addicted to cannabis, and really struggle to quit. So yeah, they do "hold desperately onto a relationship" with cannabis that isn't serving them or those around them.[/quote]
