Bruce no longer has an empathy chip, not even a little bit. He is also prone to violent outbursts and sexual assaults of people around him and would have no ability to realize than he’s sexually assaulting his own daughter. FTD is hideous and it would be parental negligence to keep preteen and teen girls around a father with full blown FTD full time if alternatives are available. They will be able to remember him with love and not potentially have awful memories of him at the end.
