Builders don't need the land yet. They are picking off the old houses on big lots on King St. Quaker Lane Janney's Land and nearby side streets to easily build two to eight houses. Classic Cottages is tearing down the old parsonage next to the church that was sold to the Ethiopian Orthodox Church. And the houses next to it that belong to the Baptist Church will probably go next. [/quote]
