Given their careers and industries, it seems unlikely it will stand the test of time. If he seemed like the type to retire from football and then lay low and just follow her around the world on tour, maybe. But he seems like the type who fully intends to parlay his sports celebrity and his very famous wife into an acting career. Which, if he's successful, will make it extremely hard for them to spend much time together. And if it's unsuccessful, could be incredibly hard on their marriage as she continues to spiral upward into megastar icon status and he becomes "former NFL football player and Taylor Swift's husband."

While they seem like nice people who genuinely care about each other, they also both really like the spotlight and that usually spells disaster for celeb couples. I'm trying to think of one where both people are alphas and it works. Anyone?[/quote]
