Construction starts have been near zero for 6 months. Remember EV and Batteries plants were moved to the US under Biden. This was 25 billion in real tangible investments - building plants, 200,000 manufacturing jobs, etc. That is all gone now. They are shutting down new factories and stopping construction on others. 37 manufacturing plants 32 in red state, gone.[/quote]
