Do you do your own food shopping do you cook your own meals?
Do you clean your own house?
Do you drive your kids anywhere?
Do your kids engage is any extracurricular activities?
How old are your kids?
Do you take care of your kids/spend quality time with your kids aside from going to their events?
Do you go to all your doctor appointments? 
How many times a year do you have your teeth cleaned?
Do you pay for help in any regard?
