It's the classroom that matters.[/quote] The problem with the halls is that students ask to go to the bathroom or leave class for one reason or another and they take their phone with them. They then roam the halls or go create trouble in said bathrooms. If you've been in a high school, you know that no mammal is slower than a human high schooler on their way to and from the bathroom or otherwise walking the halls.[/quote] Well said. [/quote]
