If you get period blood on your clothes or sheets, you are normal. I am 45 years old and still occasionally get period blood on clothing if I have an unusually heavy flow day, for instance. Most of the sweats I wear around the house and as PJs are dark colored for this reason. I am certain they have stains on them, you just can't see them.[/quote] I’m 57 and I pee myself doing jumping jacks, sneezing, running, playing pickleball.
