You are concerned, so apply for a job.
Yeah, really. Go get a job where you can be shot by a six-year-old child, deal with angry parents, be paid very little, and constantly be attacked by the GOP. The MAGA is having their way by running teachers out of the profession. Oh, how ironic that the billionaire white pedophile males who love sex trafficking attack teachers.
Say you know nothing of MoCo politics, without saying you know nothing of MoCo politics.
It’s a Big world out there if you got your head out of the a-hole of every moco politician, you might see what’s really going on.
for 30+ years all I heard was teachers complain about the one thing the Dept of Ed ever did...and that is "No Child Left Behind"
The one that stopped teaching phonics? Now I wonder why they would complain
exactly, and now MD is getting rid of memorization of times tables in grade 3. All of cognitive science tells you that memorization of simple facts allows the brain to focus more easily and learn advanced thinking...and in terms of math, this means their future learning of algebra and above. And I swear, if someone tells me they never use algebra, let me ask you how you decide to buy a dozen eggs for 3 dollars or 6 eggs for 2 dollars cuz you're doing algebraic thinking to make your choice!
and same poster here...if someone tells me they don't see the use of calculus...if you ever see trends, like, IDK, temperature influences and land masses, or stock prices and tariffs...that is calculus in action.
