[/quote] I'm a fed and I find these type of posts massively irritating. I get why non-Feds would too. Between my accrued leave and our regular holidays I get over 30 days of leave a year. That's a lot by any standard. So when I see these posts, it makes me cringe. OP should do what a lot of us do: use leave and take the day off. Just makes us look like spoiled entitled brats and confirms the worst assumptions people have about Feds, especially given that some people are grateful to have jobs. [/quote]
