I think this makes sense. I do think there are better options at this price point. I was confused about why the bathrooms had  12x12 tiles— which feel builder grade— but maybe the materials of those tiles are upscale. [/quote]

Every single bathroom sink is ridiculous.   It’s a four million dollar fixer upper because they made bad choices when doing the gut reno.[/quote]
