They just closed registration and probably just haven’t added all teams that have applied yet. It’s a lot of work organizing a tournament. I have zero connection to Loudoun but when DS was young I volunteered to help with registration for the Potomac Memorial Tournament and it was a huge undertaking with lots of volunteers and moving parts.
